As part of its brand identity, Compass incorporates graphic elements such as topographic patterns, dotted grids, and linear structures. This study explores how those elements can be translated into image, using light, form, and composition to express pattern in a more tactile and spatial way.

Simple materials and controlled compositions were used to create a series of abstract forms, allowing pattern to emerge through shadow, repetition, and structure. Rather than illustrating the graphic elements directly, the work interprets them through photography, exploring how visual language can move between brand and image.

The resulting images were used across brand and marketing materials, extending the Compass identity beyond graphic elements alone. They introduced a more tactile and photographic approach to the visual language of the brand.
