“Your Home. Our Mission.” is a video campaign designed to present Compass agents through a more personal, narrative-driven lens. The project focuses on capturing agents within the texture of their everyday work, highlighting individuality, process, and the motivations that shape their approach to real estate.

Built as a scalable framework, each video was approached as an individual portrait while maintaining a consistent visual language. Tone, pacing, and composition were carefully considered, allowing each agent’s identity to come through while ensuring cohesion across all deliverables.

The campaign produced over 40 individual agent videos and a company-wide brand trailer. Distributed across social media, NYC taxi screens, and internal channels, the work served both individual agent promotion and broader Compass brand positioning.
